UHV golfer Jonathan Allen named to all-region team

Former University of Houston-Victoria men's golfer Jonathan Allen was named to the NAIA-PING all-region men's golf team.
The former Jaguar averaged a score of 74.3 in seven events during his senior season in 2011-12.
Allen became the first UHV player to win an individual title last year, when he shot a seven-under 209 to win the Texas Lutheran John Bohmann Memorial Tournament.
Allen qualified for the Texas State Amateur tournament in June.
