Coaches gather in San Antonio

Coaches from around the state will gather in San Antonio for the THSCA's annual coaching school and convention.
Four players from the Advocate-area will take part in the all-star football game and one will participate in the all-star basketball game.
Cuero's Colton Jacob, Gonzales' Landon Lock, Refugio's Shiloh Whetsel and Edna's Mac Long will play for the South squad in the 78th all-star football game on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at the Alamodome.
Austwell-Tivoli's Garek Duenez will be a member of the South squad in the 68th all-star basketball game set for Monday at 7:30 p.m. at Bill Greehey Arena on the campus of St. Mary's University.
The games will be webcast live on FoxSportsSouthwest.com and FoxSportsHouston.com and televised on a tape-delayed basis on FOX Sports Southwest and FOX Sports Houston.
