West girls win at Fort Bend Tourney

SUGAR LAND - The Victoria West Warriors improved to 4-0 on the season after beating Katy Morton Ranch 58-43 at the Fort Bend Varsity Tournament on Thursday.
Sophomore Mercedes Ellison led the way with 21 points while junior Treka Franklin added 18, including a three pointer.
West continues tournament play on Friday at noon against Alief Elsik.
