    Shiner survives back-and-forth game with Weimar

    SHINER - Shiner cameback from being down 19-12 at halftime to beat Weimar in a close one, 33-32.

    Three second-half rushing touchdowns helped the Comanches keep their winning streak alive in their 39th matchup against the Wildcats.

    The game was neck-and-neck all night, and Weimar missed an extra-point attempt after a Delexus Gordon touchdown in the fourth quarter that would have tied the game.

    Jakyle Harris had 157 rushing yards and two touchdowns for the Wildcats, who fell to 2-3.

    Trevion Flowers recorded his 11th touchdown of the season for Shiner while rushing for 108 yards, and Evel Jones added two scores.
