    Yoakum grad signs with VC basketball team

    Yoakum graduate Joe Mireles committed to play basketball for Victoria College for the 2014-15 season. In his senior season, Mireles averaged 13.8 points, three assists and three rebounds per game. While in high school, Mireles shot more than 250 three-pointers.     Weimar, Shiner finish 1-2 in Lone Star Cup standings
