Terry Alford, who is R.D. Kissling's team leader, poured fresh, cold water into Kissling's jug. Only team leaders are allowed to interact with the participants of the Texas Water Safari and are allowed only to provide basic help, such as giving them water and ice at checkpoints. They may not give participants food.
