Way to hang tough Sandcrabs! It was great to be back in our house and "the nation" knew that you wouldn't accept anything but a victory.
Warriors you boys hold you heads up...you gave it your all and didn't give our Crabs an easy win. For a new school with a new team as well as a fairly young team you have earned your place in this district.
Good Job GP...we were pulling for you guys tonight. VE has come out this year to set the bar and so far they have played exactly like that. Also just wanted to remark on how impressed Calhoun fans were with the players on the GP team when at the end of the game you walked through our ranks back to the locker room and many of you stopped and spoke with us and it was great to see the example of excellent sportsmanship that was seen and heard between members of both teams to each other. You guys were truly a class act!
To CRAB NATION..."One Community, One Team, One "Nation." We earned that name by sticking by our team during good times and bad...through 4 decades of being at the bottom...let's get back on track...Let us fill those stands in Beeville and again when we play Floresville and HELP our players pull out wins in those two games.
